- Espresso and/or strained coffee60 ml
- Liqueur 4360 ml
- Ice to taste
- Cinnamon (powder) to taste
- Carajillo is made with fresh coffee, prepare your coffee as usual;
- In a cocktail shaker, add coffee and liqueur 43 in equal parts (60 ml of each is enough). Then add the ice and 'shake';
- Then strain the mixture to let the foam rise (if you prefer, you can add 4 ice cubes before pouring the mixture);
- Finish with cinnamon powder and decorate as you prefer;
- Enjoy!
