- Preparation mode In a pan add the sugar and freshly grated coconut. Let the sugar melt
- When it melts and starts to boil Add condensed milk Stir until the candy comes off the pan.
- Turn off the heat and add the grated coconut and mix. Add to a plate and let cool. Make cuts and you're done
