- Recipe
- Whole milk1 cup
- Medium egg2 unit(s)
- Melted butter4 tablespoon
- Organic Honey2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Organic Honey for topping to taste
- Place the eggs, milk, honey and melted butter in the blender and beat well.
- Add the flour and baking powder and beat again until you form a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- If you are going to use a waffle maker, grease it well with butter and heat it first, place the dough in the center of the machine and cover it, wait for it to brown and remove the waffle (repeat the process until you run out of dough)
- I used the silicone mold for waffles so I didn't need to grease or heat it... I just put the dough in the mold until I filled all the spaces.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes and that's it.
- I waited for it to cool down, carefully unmolded it and served it with organic honey 🧇🍯
