- condensed milk1/2 cup
- Milk100 ml
- Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
- Breadcrumbs3 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Beat the egg add the milk and condensed milk mix well
- Dip slices of brioche bread on the mixed table and coat in breadcrumbs
- Wash in a pan with melted butter until golden brown
- Roll in cinnamon sugar and serve! Stuff with whatever you like
