  • Chopped Nestle Milk Chocolate200 g
  • Nestle cream from a can1 unit(s)
  • Egg white3 unit(s)
  • Sugar3 dessert spoon
  1. In a pan in a bain-marie, heat the cream. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Remove from fire. Reserve.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the egg whites and sugar and place over low heat, stirring vigorously without stopping, for about 3 minutes, taking the pan off the heat for a few moments every minute, continuing to stir, so as not to cook.
  3. Transfer the mixed egg whites and sugar to a stand mixer and beat for 5 minutes or until tripled in volume.
  4. Mix the beaten egg whites lightly and gently with the reserved chocolate cream.
  5. Pour into glasses and place in the fridge for about 3 hours to set.
