- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Milk120 ml
- Baking powder (shallow spoon)1 tablespoon
- Salt (Piradinha)... to taste
- Oil... to taste
- Sugar and Cinnamon (for the topping)... to taste
- Place the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat until creamy.
- Sift the flour, yeast and salt.
- Add a part of the flour mixture and the melted butter to the egg cream and mix.
- Then add the remaining flour alternating with the milk.
- On the bench, sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough until it is 2 cm high. Make with the help of the donut cutter or with the help of a large cookie cutter, cut circles and remove the center with a smaller cutter.
- Put a pan on the fire with oil and let it heat well.
- Fry the donuts until golden.
- Once drained, roll them in sugar and cinnamon.
