  • Condensed milk200 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Powdered milk2 tablespoon
  • Butter60 g
  • Whole milk120 ml
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Salt5 g
  • Butter (stuffing)50 g
  • Brown sugar (stuffing)70 g
  • Cinnamon powder (stuffing)6 g
  • Confectioner's sugar ( syrup)1 cup
  • Milk (Slurry)2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, mix condensed milk, milk and eggs. Put this mixture in the mixer and add the wheat flour, baking powder, milk powder and finally the salt. Start hitting slowly with the hook, Add the butter in ointment point and knead until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour. After this rest, sprinkle some wheat flour on a bench and roll out the dough into a rectangular size with the help of a rolling pin. Spread 50 g of butter all over the dough, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle all over the dough.
  2. Start rolling the dough starting from the larger side, pressing lightly to get a firm roll. Then cut the rolls 4 cm thick (approximately 4 fingers) make marks on the dough to facilitate cutting and place in a large greased shape with butter, leave space between the rolls as they will rise in the second fermentation. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour or more (until it doubles in volume). After this time, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes or until golden.
  3. To finish: In a bowl, place the icing sugar and add the milk and mix until all the sugar dissolves and forms a smooth cream. Pour the pastry cream over the buns and voila! This is bread is a success!!!
