Cinnamon Cake with Dulce de Leche

  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Margarine or butter3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Dulce de leche1 can(s)
  1. In the blender add the eggs, margarine, sugar and cinnamon, beat well for at least 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl with the sifted flour, add the mixture from the blender, mix well with the help of a whisk or spoon and gradually add the milk, after it is well homogeneous, add the yeast and mix gently, just to incorporate it into the dough.
  3. In a greased shape add the dough and take it to the preheated oven at a temperature of 160 to 180 degrees (depends on each oven) and let it bake for at least 35 minutes.
  4. After roasting, let it cool, unmold and cover with your favorite dulce de leche.
