- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Demerara sugar (optional)2 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Clean and remove the core of the apples. Then cut into cubes.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over them and mix well.
- Take the apples to a pan and add the water, cinnamon and sugar.
- Cook over medium heat until the water dries up and reaches the point of jelly.
- When it's almost done I like to knead it but feel free, if you want you can leave the pieces.
