- Wheat Flour300 g
- Water350 ml
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Creamy Milk Candy to taste
- Cream Ice Cream to taste
- In a pan, put the water and oil to boil. Then put the salt and wheat flour and stir well until the flour is cooked, creating a very compact and homogeneous mass.
- Place the dough in the churro machine while it is still hot, and place it in a frying pan with very hot oil to make it, in the desired size, frying until golden.
- Serve with dulce de leche and cream ice cream, preferably with the churro still hot, for a contrasting temperature.
