Coloque em um refratário ou enrole no plástico filme e deixe descansar por mais ou menos 8 horas.

Para enrolar, coloque um pouco de manteiga nas mãos e se quiser pode pesar a quantidade na balança, meu doce pesa 18g. Em seguida enrole os doces no açúcar com canela e finalize com uma roseta de doce de leite!
