Wheat flour

Leve a fogo uma panela com a água, o leite e  margarina.

Heat a pan with the water, milk and margarine.

Quando ferver, apague o fogo e coloque a farinha de trigo.

When it boils, turn off the heat and add the wheat flour.

Mexa bem, até formar uma bola e desgrudar da panela.

Stir well until it forms a ball and comes off the pan.

Modelar os churros com aparelho próprio ou saco de confeitar com bico pitanga.

Shape the churros with your own appliance or pastry bag with a pitanga nozzle.

Misture o açúcar com a canela e passe o churros frito.

Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and spread the fried churros.
