Em uma panela adicione a água, margarina, açúcar e sal leve ao fogo, assim que começar a ferver abaixe o fogo e adicione de uma vez a farinha de trigo e mexa bem até formar uma massa homogênea e que desgrude da panela. 

Na massa adicione o ovo e mexa bem até se misturar na massa. Em seguida coloque em um saquinho de confeiteiro com bico pitanga e modele do tamanho que preferir. 

Frite mergulhado em óleo quente, assim que frito transfira para um recipiente forrado com papel toalha para escorrer o óleo em seguida passe no açúcar misturado com canela em pó e cubra com o recheio do seu gosto.
