  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Oil3 cup
  1. Put the water in a pan and put it on the fire when the water is already hot add the butter and sugar mix well
  2. Gradually add the wheat flour, stirring until it doesn't stick to the pan.
  3. Remove from the heat and add the eggs one by one until all the dough is mixed.
  4. Place in a pastry bag with the tip in the shape of a pitanga
  5. Put the oil in the frying pan to heat up, then put the churros dough in the oil, the size is at your discretion
  6. Place on paper towel to dry, then pass in sugar with cinnamon and fill with dulce de leche with the same nozzle that was used to make the fomato.
