  • Water500 ml
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
  1. Put the water in a high pan over medium heat add the butter, sugar and a pinch of salt.
  2. When it boils, lower the fire, gradually add the wheat flour, mixing non-stop until it comes off the pan.
  3. Dough ready to make the churros I used the churro machine I bought on the internet but you can use a pastry bag or even make it by hand, remembering that the churros have to be made with the dough still hot as it is easier to use .
  4. When frying the dough, it must be cold and the oil very hot.
  5. Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
  6. I made brigadeiro filling, but you can choose the one you prefer.
