- Water500 ml
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
- Put the water in a high pan over medium heat add the butter, sugar and a pinch of salt.
- When it boils, lower the fire, gradually add the wheat flour, mixing non-stop until it comes off the pan.
- Dough ready to make the churros I used the churro machine I bought on the internet but you can use a pastry bag or even make it by hand, remembering that the churros have to be made with the dough still hot as it is easier to use .
- When frying the dough, it must be cold and the oil very hot.
- Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
- I made brigadeiro filling, but you can choose the one you prefer.
