Churros Cake with Dulce de Leche

Na batedeira, bata os ovos, a manteiga, o açúcar, até ficar branco e fofo. Adicione a farinha e o leite intercalados, batendo bem para misturar. Junte o fermento em pó e misture delicadamente com uma colher .

In a mixer, beat the eggs, butter, sugar, until white and fluffy. Add the flour and milk in between, beating well to mix. Add the baking powder and mix gently with a spoon.

Despeje a massa em uma forma de 25cmX35cm untado com manteiga e trigo e leve ao forno médio, pre aquecido  por 30 Min. Retire do forno e deixe amornar. Depois corte ao meio.

Pour the dough in a 25cmX35cm shape greased with butter and wheat and take it to the medium oven, preheated for 30 Min. Remove from oven and let cool. Then cut in half.

Misture os ingredientes do recheio( doce de leite cremoso, creme de leite) e recheie o bolo. Polvilhe com os ingredientes da cobertura( açúcar, canela em pó). Corte em pedaços e sirva em seguida.

Mix the filling ingredients (creamy dulce de leche, cream) and fill the cake. Sprinkle with the topping ingredients (sugar, cinnamon powder). Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
