- Recipe
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- oil1 cup
- sugar2 cup
- e0.5 of warm milk1 cup
- Full of Cinnamon Powder2 tablespoon
- Pasta⤵️ Blend in blender: 3 eggs 1 cup of oil 2 cups of sugar 1 and 1/2 cup warm milk 2 heaping tablespoons of cinnamon powder Whisk well, at least 5 minutes or so.
- Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add 2 cups of sifted wheat flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
- Gently mix until everything is incorporated. (Remember that wheat is sensitive and does not like to be beaten.
- If you mess with it too much, your cake won't be fluffy).
- Place in a greased roast (you can use the tip of the homemade release agent that is in the highlights) and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
- Coverage⤵️ The frosting is dulce de leche and to make it I used 2 cans of condensed milk boiled for 45 minutes under pressure.
- After I opened the can, I poured the dulce de leche into a bowl and stirred vigorously with a whisk to make it creamy.
- I put it on the cake. (The way I used was the Baillerine or swimming pool). On the sides of the cake I spread a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, but you need to make it with it still warm to stick.
