- Place the eggs, sugar and chilled margarine in the mixer and beat on high speed until doubled in volume. Then add the milk and beat a little more, at this point the dough looks like carved. Don't worry, it's the same, it will work out in the end. Now add the flour, cinnamon and yeast little by little and mix gently from the middle to the edges, then add the vanilla essence and beat on maximum speed in the mixer for another 10 seconds, don't worry about the yeast. Take it to the oven and then put a syrup of dulce de leche.
