Butter100 g
Sugar1 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Milk1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon

In a mixer, beat the eggs, butter and the sugar until it becomes a fluffy cream.
Turn off the mixer and add the wheat flour, milk, cinnamon powder and yeast powder and mix well.
Place in a round shape (20 cm) greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour and put in a medium oven high (200°C), preheated, for about 30 minutes.
Unmold the cake while still warm, cut into 3 equal parts and fill with the dulce de leche (already ready), reserving a part to decorate.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon powder and serve ;)
