Preparation mode
In a pan add the water, butter and sugar.
Bring to a boil and gradually add the flour.
Stir until it comes off the pan and turn off the heat.
Remove from the heat and add the egg one by one and mix everything together.
Then add the dough to the pastry bag with the pitanga-shaped nozzle.
In a pan add the oil and let it heat up.
Fry the churros and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Serve with the dulce de leche and that's it.
