- Semisweet Chocolate50 g
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter1/2 tablespoon
- Brigadier to decorate to taste
- In a bowl, place the eggs, melted butter, sugar and beat well.
- Add the chocolate powder and sifted flour. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass
- Transfer to a round shape with a hole in the middle, greased and sprinkled with cocoa powder.
- Take to bake in preheated oven at 180°C for half an hour.
- (FILLING) In a pan, put the condensed milk, the cream, the chopped half bitter chocolate, the chocolate powder, the butter and mix well.
- Cook over low heat until soft, but not too firm.
- Place the brigadeiro in a pastry bag fitted with a pitanga nozzle and decorate the brownie.
- Finish with bonbons.
