- Milk Cream100 g
- Raisins60 g
- Candied Fruit60 g
- Place the chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave or bain-marie, then add the cream and mix well.
- Add the candied fruits and raisins, mix. Open the puff pastry and make a cut on the side, one side, on both sides, leaving the middle for the filling. Place the stuffing and close the dough with the facades made as if you were making a "braid". Put it in a greased shape and take it to bake until golden. After baking, you can serve or sift sugar over the dough.
