- Dark Chocolate350 g
- Butter50 g
- Essence of Panettone1 tablespoon
- Raisins80 g
- Candied Fruit80 g
- First cut the chocolate into cubes in the bowl and melt in the microwave or bain-marie. Add condensed milk and butter, mix well. Add to candied fruits and raisins, mix well.
- In a square shape, put a film paper and then put the mixture in the bowl and close with the film paper. Refrigerate for two and a half hours to firm up before cutting into squares.
