Whole milk

Condensed milk (half a box)

Eggs

Cinnamon

Refined sugar

Misture o leite com o leite condensado num refratário (se achar que precisa de mais ao longo do preparo é só ir misturando mais até acabar o pão) , e misture os ovos com a canela em outro refratário. Agora corte os pães em fatias de aproximadamente 2 dedos.
Passe o pão na mistura do leite, molhe bem, depois passe no novo e leve ao óleo quente para fritar. Doure os dois lados e coloque em um prato com papel toalha para escorrer.
Quando tiver esfriado um pouquinho passe na mistura de açúcar com canela para empanar. E tá pronto a rabanada!

Mix the milk with the condensed milk in a refractory (if you think you need more throughout the preparation, just keep mixing until the bread is finished), and mix the eggs with the cinnamon in another refractory. Now cut the breads into slices of approximately 2 fingers.
Dip the bread in the milk mixture, soak it well, then dip it in the new one and place in the hot oil to fry. Brown both sides and place on a plate with paper towels to drain.
When it has cooled down a little, dip it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat. And the toast is ready!
