Coconut milk200 ml
Slices of naturally fermented artisan bread (I used artisan bread)4 unit(s)
Egg1 unit(s)
Brown sugar or organic demerara4 tablespoon
Cinnamon Powder2 tablespoon
Coconut oil4 tablespoon

In a pan put the coconut milk and let it warm up a little
Turn off the fire and let it cool down
Place the egg in a bowl and beat with a fork until frothy.
In another large pot (to fit the slices of bread) mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon powder and set aside
Dip the slices of bread in warm coconut milk and then dip in the egg.
Place the coconut oil in a skillet or large pot.
Place the slices of bread in the skillet to fry and leave it on low heat.
Take care not to burn, turn over carefully and wait for both sides to brown.
Carefully remove each slice from the skillet and roll in cinnamon sugar on both sides of the slices.
Serve then 😋
