Misture todos os ingredientes com as mãos até obter uma massa homogênea sem grudar nas mãos e sem estar esfarelando. Ajuste farinha de trigo ou manteiga até chegar a massa no ponto certo, se necessário. Deixe descansar por 30 min na geladeira envolta em plástico filme.

Mix all the ingredients with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough without sticking to your hands and without crumbling. Adjust flour or butter until the dough is just right, if necessary. Let it rest for 30 min in the fridge wrapped in plastic film.

Abra a massa com um rolo e faça os biscoitos no formato da sua preferência ou use cortadores de natal.

Open the dough with a roll and make the cookies in the shape of your preference or use Christmas cutters.

Assar por 20 min aproximadamente no forno pré aquecido a 180°C (os biscoitos estarão douradinhos embaixo.


Bake for approximately 20 min in the preheated oven at 180°C (the biscuits will be golden on the bottom.
