- Unsalted butter100 g
- 70% chopped chocolate180 g
- Brown Sugar1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour105 g
- Chopped chestnuts to taste
- Berries to taste
- Melt the butter together with the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- When melted, add sugar and mix well.
- Add the eggs one by one and beat well until incorporated.
- Add the vanilla, salt, cocoa powder and mix well
- Add the flour and stir again until smooth.
- Add the chestnuts and mix well.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Grease a rectangular mold with a little butter and flour or line it with greased parchment paper
- Put the brownie in the right shape and take it to bake
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- Expect to cool down completely and unmold
- cut into squares
- Serve with red fruits or as you prefer đđ
