- Yeast30 g
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Oil (same measure of condensed milk can)1/2 can(s)
- Warm water1/2 can(s)
- Warm milk1/2 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour approx.11/2 kg
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Gradually add the wheat, knead the dough until it comes off your hands. Let the dough rest for 2 hours until it doubles in size. Then make the threads and stuff to taste. Let it grow. Then bake in the oven 180 degrees.
- Filling: Guava paste Milk cream candied fruits raisins
