Boiled condensed milk

Misture na batedeira o leite condensado cozido, com o creme de leite fresco e o cacau em pó. Ao final, acrescente 1/2 xícara de flocos de arroz.

Mix the boiled condensed milk with the fresh cream and cocoa powder in the mixer. At the end, add 1/2 cup of rice flakes.

Coloque a mistura em uma forma, forrada com plástico filme, e leve ao congelador por, pelo menos, 2 horas.

Put the mixture in a shape, lined with plastic film, and take it to the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Derreta o chocolate meio amargo em banho maria. Acrescente o restante dos flocos de arroz.

Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie. Add the rest of the rice flakes.

Desenforme o sorvete com a calda de chocolate e mantenha no congelador.

Unmold the ice cream with the chocolate syrup and keep it in the freezer.
