Comece fazendo o buttermilk, misture o leite e o vinagre e deixe  reservado, em seguida faça um café e misture  com chocolate  e reserve. 
Num bow coloque os ovos  o óleo,  misture  levemente acrescente o buttermilk ( leite  misturado com vinagre) o café  misturado  com chocolate. 
Misture  tudo,  e vá  acrescentando  a farinha de trigo e o fermento já peneirados, misture  até que fique  uma massa  lisa. Adicione numa forma e leve pra assar por 45 minutos, ou até a massa  ficar  completamente pronta, ao fazer  o teste  do palito,  furando  o bolo e o palito  sair limpo. 
Em forno pré aquecido por 15 minutos a 180°graus .

In preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°.

Faça um brigadeiro, mole e despeje  sobre o buraco  do boloate transbordar e cubra o restante  do bolo.
