- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Amaranth Flakes1 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Xylitol Sweetener1 tablespoon
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Strawberry1 unit(s)
- Filtered water to taste
- Chocolate flavored whey protein1 tablespoon
- In a tall and wide mug, place the egg and beat well until foamy with a fork or fouet.
- Add the natural yogurt and Amaranth and beat again
- Add the almond flour and xylitol sweetener and mix well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix well until smooth.
- Finally add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Place the mug in the microwave and bake for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Be careful to take it out of the microwave as it will be hot.
- Allow to cool and unmold onto a plate.
- Make the protein syrup by mixing the whey protein with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and a little water, add it little by little to form a consistent syrup
- Cover the cupcake and decorate with strawberry 🍓
