- Semisweet Chocolate200 g
- Egg whites2 unit(s)
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate as usual. Add the cream and the yolks. Stir well and microwave for 2 min to warm up. Stir for 1 and 1 min so as not to cook the yolk.
- Let it cool and beat the whites. Once cool, add the honey to the chocolate.
- Now, gently mix the egg whites with the chocolate. With movement from bottom to top.
- Put it in tacinhas or large platter and take it to the fridge for about 4 hours. Then decorate as you like. I used walnuts, chocolate chips, and edible gold powder.
