  • Wheat Flour1/2 cup
  • Corn Starch1/2 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Cocoa 70%1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Dark Chocolate50 g
  1. Melt the bittersweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. In a bowl put the melted chocolate and all the ingredients, mix well. Bake in the waffle maker. Note: I passed half bitter chocolate ganache and put strawberry to serve.
