Dark chocolate

2 boxes of condensed milk

1 box of sour cream

1 packet of shredded coconut

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE WITH COCONUT

Em uma panela coloque o coco ralado, o leite condensado, o creme de leite e misture até ficar homogêneo. Leve ao fogo mexendo sempre até engrossar e soltar do fundo da panela. Deixe esfriar.


In a pan, place the grated coconut, condensed milk, cream and mix until smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens and leaves the bottom of the pan. Let cool.


Derreta o chocolate em banho maria ou no micro-ondas por 1 minuto, pegue copinhos de café com capacidade de 50ml e encha-as com o chocolate derretido e depois vire o copinho para retirar o excesso de chocolate, formando apenas uma casquinha no copo.


Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave for 1 minute, take 50ml capacity coffee cups and fill them with the melted chocolate and then turn the cup to remove the excess chocolate, forming just a cone in the cup.


Leve os copinhos para a geladeira por 15 minutos. Após isso, preencha os copinhos com o recheio frio deixando uma pequena borda em cima, preencha com o chocolate derretido formando uma tampinha e leve novamente à geladeira por 15 minutos ou até firmar.


Place the cups in the fridge for 15 minutes. After that, fill the cups with the cold stuffing leaving a small border on top, fill with the melted chocolate forming a cap and take it back to the fridge for 15 minutes or until firm.


Retire da geladeira, rasgue os copinhos para desenformar as trufas e sirva-se.


Remove from the fridge, tear open the cups to unmold the truffles and serve.
