  • Chocolate bar500 g
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chocolate5 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Make a layer of chocolate in the truffle molds and place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  3. Then make another layer of chocolate and take it to the fridge while you make the filling.
  4. In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, chocolate and margarine.
  5. On low heat, stir until it starts to boil and after boiling, stir for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
  6. Transfer to a container and place in the fridge to cool.
  7. Then, I filled the truffle shells and closed with melted chocolate.
  8. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes and unmold.
