Chocolate Temptation Cake with Strawberries

No liquidificador bati os ovos, óleo, água, açúcar, chocolate em pó,por último acrescentei a farinha e o fermento misturei com uma espátula, despejei numa forma de bolo piscina untada com manteiga e enfarinhada, levei para o forno por 30 minutos.

In the blender I beat the eggs, oil, water, sugar, chocolate powder, lastly I added the flour and the yeast, mixed with a spatula, poured into a greased and floured pool cake tin, took it to the oven for 30 minutes.

Numa panela comecei a preparar o brigadeiro, misturei o leite condensado,as duas colheres de chocolate e a manteiga e em fogo baixo mexi até começar a desgrudar do fundo da panela, desliguei o fogo e deixei esfriar.

In a pan I started to prepare the brigadeiro, I mixed the condensed milk, the two spoons of chocolate and the butter and over low heat I stirred until it started to detach from the bottom of the pan, turned off the heat and let it cool.

Em um recipiente o creme de leite e o suco e misturei bem com um fuê até ficar bem cremoso.

In a container the cream and juice and mixed well with a fuê until it was very creamy.

Depois que o brigadeiro esfriou enrolei e passei no granulado.

After the brigadeiro cooled down, I rolled it up and passed it through the sprinkles.

Retirei o bolo do forno deixei esfriar e desenformei.
Despejei a mistura do creme de leite com suco em cima do bolo, decorei com morangos e brigadeiros.

I took the cake out of the oven and let it cool.
I poured the mixture of milk cream and juice on top of the cake, decorated with strawberries and brigadeiros.
