Chocolate strogonoff

Em uma panela coloque o leite condensado, o leite, o cacau em pó, as gemas e misture bem. Leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo sempre, para engrossar e adquirir consistência de mingau. Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.

In a pan put the condensed milk, milk, cocoa powder, yolks and mix well. Place over low heat, stirring constantly, to thicken and acquire a porridge-like consistency. Remove from heat and let cool.

Junte o creme de leite e despeje em uma tigela. Bata as claras em neve e acrescente delicadamente ao creme. Coloque os chocolates, as nozes e o avelã picados, depois leve à geladeira.

** Dica: Também pode colocar morango, que fica uma delícia.

Add the cream and pour into a bowl. Beat the egg whites and add them gently to the cream. Add the chopped chocolates, walnuts and hazelnuts, then place in the fridge.

** Tip: You can also add strawberry, which is delicious.
