- For the souffle, melt the chocolate in a pan, add butter and stir. Reserve.
- Then take the egg whites, beating until they are in beaten snow. Then beat the yolks separately with sugar, until creamy.
- In this cream, add the snow whites and add to the melted chocolate, stir and this will be the dough for the souffle. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes and remove from the oven. Reserve.
- For the syrup, put the chocolate powder, milk cream, condensed milk and butter in the pan. Stir until a homogeneous and creamy mixture is obtained. Place over the souffle and add the grated coconut on top. Then you can consume.
