- Large gala apple1 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate or 70% cocoa90 g
- Rice flakes to taste
- Blueberries to taste
- Carrot for garnish to taste
- Start by removing the seeds from the apple, being careful not to make a big hole in the middle.
- After removing the seeds carefully cut the apple into medium slices
- Put a toothpick in each slice
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- When the chocolate is melted, dip the apples in the chocolate.
- Line a tray with cling film
- Place the chocolate apple lollipops on this tray and leave space between the lollipops.
- Decorate with the blueberries in the eyes and mouth as you wish.
- Make the nose with pieces of carrot and if you wish, make the eyebrows with carrots too
- Place rice flakes on top like a hat
- Put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes
- unmold carefully
- Serve then 😋🎄
