Chocolate 70%200 g
Amarena to taste

Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds, stirring after each break until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add the milk cream to this chocolate and stir until all the ingredients are mixed and set aside. If you want, add the options, such as amarena in syrup.
Beat the fresh cream in the mixer for approximately 5 minutes until it becomes whipped cream (hard peaks)
Add this whipped cream little by little to the chocolate mixture, stirring gently from bottom to top, until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Place the semifreddo in bowls, decorate with chocolate shavings and crumble and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
