condensed milk1 can(s)
Unsalted butter2 tablespoon
Sour cream2 tablespoon
Nescau4 tablespoon
Chocolate powder1 tablespoon
Cornstarch Biscuit18 unit(s)

In a pan, place the condensed milk, butter, cream, Nescau, powdered chocolate, bring to a high heat and stir;
As soon as it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until the mixture is firm and pulls away from the pan;
Leave the brigadier for 15 minutes in the freezer so that it cools down;
Break the cookies into large pieces;
When the brigadier is warm, add the chopped cookies to it, mix and wait for it to cool down;
Unite a countertop with butter and pass it on your hands too;
Place the brigadier on the bench and roll it up, as if it were a salami;
Wrap the salami in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for about 1 hour;
