- Chocolate powder7 tablespoon
- Sugar5 unit(s)
- White Alcohol Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Melt the sugar with the vinegar and pour it into a pudding mold.
- Place all other ingredients in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
- Put the contents in the pudding mold and take it to the oven preheated to 180° and cook in a bain-marie for 50 min.
- Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
