- Chocolate sprinkles for topping30 g
- Syrup: sugar3 tablespoon
- chocolate spoons2 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Make a syrup with the sugar and chocolate and caramelize a form of pudding.
- Pour the contents of the blender into the mold and cook in a bain-marie for forty minutes.
- Once cool, remove from the mold and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
