- In a container add the milk, cream and condensed milk mix the ingredients while still cold. Now take the ingredients to heat in the pan and add the chopped semisweet chocolate and continue to stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. If the chocolate dissolves, add the already hydrated colorless gelatin along with the other ingredients, stir for another 2 minutes. As soon as the Panna Cotta base is ready, pour it into silicone molds and take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Orange liqueur syrup: Juice of 3 oranges 2 spoons of sugar Half a glass of Rum liqueur Preparation mode: In a pan add the sugar, orange juice stir well until the orange syrup starts to boil. cool down. Assembling the Chocolate Panna Cotta Unmold the Panna Cottas and gently add the cooled orange liqueur syrup on top.
