- wheat flour with dona blessed yeast (tea)1 cup
- chocolate powder (tea)1/2 cup
- sugar4 tablespoon
- eggs2 unit(s)
- Beat the milk, eggs, baking powder, chocolate powder and sugar in a blender until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Heat a skillet, place a portion of the dough (enough to form a thin layer that covers the bottom of the skillet).
- Fry on one side and turn to fry the other. Transfer to a plate and continue the operation until the dough is finished.
- TIP! Serve with berries and semi-sweet chocolate syrup.
