  • Melted semisweet chocolate500 g
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cognac2 tablespoon
  • Champagne biscuit200 g
  • Crumbled paçoca to decorate1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Crushed paçoca2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  1. For the paçoca cream In a pan, take the condensed milk, the paçoca and the butter to the low fire, stirring well until it thickens. Turn off and hit the blender with the milk cream, until it's homogeneous and book.
  2. Blend the melted chocolate, cream and brandy in a blender until smooth. In a bowl, make layers of paçoca cream, biscuit and chocolate cream. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients and leave in the fridge for 2 hours and then remove and decorate with paçoca and serve immediately.
