Chocolate mousse with condensed milk

Antes de começar, leve o creme de leite ao freezer e deixe por 1 hora (tome cuidado para não congelar).
Depois coloque o creme de leite em uma batedeira e bata por 10 minutos em velocidade alta (isso faz com que ele fique mais leve e aerado). Reserve.
Derreta o chocolate meio amargo em banho-maria ou no microondas.
Em seguida junte o chocolate com o leite condensado e misture bem.
Acrescente o creme de leite que estava reservado e misture novamente com uma ajuda de um batedor de arame até ficar bem homogêneo.
Despeje o mousse em uma travessa ou em taças individuais e leve para a geladeira por 3 horas.
Sirva em seguida ou se desejar decore com granulado ou raspas de chocolate.

Before starting, take the cream to the freezer and leave it for 1 hour (be careful not to freeze).
Then put the cream in a mixer and beat for 10 minutes on high speed (this makes it lighter and aerated). Reserve.
Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Then add the chocolate with the condensed milk and mix well.
Add the reserved milk cream and mix again with a wire whisk until smooth.
Pour the mousse into a serving dish or individual bowls and place in the fridge for 3 hours.
Serve immediately or, if desired, decorate with sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
