- 2 semisweet chocolate bars1 cup
- Water or coffee1/4 cup
- Eggs, separated5 unit(s)
- Vanilla or rum1 teaspoon
- Curd to taste
- Put the chocolate to melt in water or coffee, in a bain-marie, stir constantly. cool. Beat the yolks in there, one at a time, beating well between each one.
- Add the vanilla or rum. Beat the egg whites and mix carefully into the chocolate, mixing without beating.
- Refrigerate in individual bowls for at least 8 hours or overnight. Serve with a spoonful of curd on top, it will be delicious.
