- Chocolate 60% cocoa90 g
- Pure Unsweetened Kefir Yogurt1/2 cup
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 15 seconds
- When the chocolate is well melted, add the Kefir yogurt and mix well until smooth.
- Place in jars and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Ready đ great Fit and super healthy dessert option đ
- Tip: if you don't have kefir yogurt, you can use natural yogurt
